MobiLux is made by a small studio in Luxembourg, and support goes straight to the people who write the code. No queue, no bot. Most questions are answered below; anything else, the form takes a minute.

Common questions
MobiLux does not own the timetable. It reads stops, departures, itineraries, live times and disruption notices from the Mobilitéit journey planner gateway operated for Luxembourg’s public transport authority, and shows what comes back.
So a wrong time is nearly always the feed rather than the app, but we still want to know, because sometimes we are reading it wrong. Send the stop, the line, the time you saw and when, to contact@pixelfoundry.lu.
So it can tell whether you are actually on the service you planned to take. That is what lets the app notice a train that left without you, or a stop you have gone past, instead of counting down confidently to somewhere you are nowhere near.
The reading happens on your device, only while a trip is running, and stops when the trip ends. It is never sent to Pixel Foundry.
Trip alerts (delays, cancellations, platform changes, board-soon and get-off-soon) are created by your own device rather than pushed from a server. That means notification permission has to be granted, trip notifications have to be on inside MobiLux, and the operating system has to be allowed to keep the app running in the background.
On Android, aggressive battery optimisation is the usual culprit; exempting MobiLux normally fixes it. If everything looks right and nothing arrives, write to us with your device and OS version.
Planning from your current position needs location permission. Without it MobiLux still plans between places you type in; only the position-aware parts stop. Grant or restore access in your device settings under MobiLux and reopen the app.
MobiLux covers the Luxembourg public transport network (tram, train and bus), including the cross-border services that appear in the national feed. It is not a planner for other countries’ domestic networks.
No. MobiLux has no accounts, no sign-in and no server of ours behind it, so there is no account to delete. Saved places, saved journeys, recent searches and preferences live on your device. The privacy policy covers it in full.
Deleting the app removes everything MobiLux stores, subject to whatever backup behaviour your operating system applies to app data. Pixel Foundry holds nothing on a server, so there is nothing for us to erase on your behalf, and if you would like that confirmed in writing, ask.
Updates arrive through the store you installed from, so your store’s update list is the fastest check: MobiLux on Google Play. Plenty of reported problems are already fixed in a build that has not been installed yet, so it is worth a look before writing in.
Tell us exactly where. Accessibility reports get answered first here, and a screen that is awkward to use with a screen reader or at large text sizes is a bug like any other.
